We had a wonderful time at the chalet!.First of all we had a wonderful time at the chalet and enjoyed our stay very much. We had both a very relaxing and active stay. The chalet felt like home for 14 days.Strong points: The camping location is great for starting hikes and also nice to relax. Information about hikes and other activities is excellent. We had a warm welcome, staff is very friendly and available. The chalet is well equipped, beds are good and a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the sun chairs at the chalet. Pizza's at the restaurant are great! Overall atmosphere of the camping is relaxed and friendly. Too bad we missed the paella dinner evening at the restaurant, nice to have a long table dinner.Less strong points: Ancelle town is less appealing in the summer as it seems to focus mainly on winter tourism. Camping cafe could be more cozy. Sometimes bread was mixed up by delivery in the morning. Sanitary block outdated (but we only used it once as we had our own toilet in the chalet).

Amazing scenery, stayed in a mobile home in summer. Places are spacious. Swimming pool with nice view, playground with inflatable castle(few hours). Bread service available. Great pizza. Friendly owner and personel. We really feeled welcome. Also by the few "fixed" guests. Ski lifts in the neighbourhood open, Orcieres and Ancelle (tuesday and friday) Main points for returning to this camping would be the friendliness and great sunny location.

Simply the best camping! Great facilities, friendly people and a fantastic area for both the winter and summer. The ultimate, authentic French experience.

Get views, friendly staff, lovely village. However the showers & toilets could do with some updating.
