CAMPING À LA FERME DE BAMBOUL'ÂNE

The Bamboul’âne campsite is located in Éourres, in the south of the Hautes-Alpes, on the border between Provence and Drôme, fifteen minutes from the Gorges de la Méouge. Bamboul’âne is also a herd of donkeys that you can rent for walks and hikes!

It is a small campsite on the farm surrounded by donkeys and mountains! You will find it at 1000 meters above sea level, next to the village of Éourres, where you will enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and cool, starry nights.

It does not accommodate many campers, so do not expect to find a pool, supermarket, or pedal boats. However, it is a charming place, away from roads and crowds, which is divided into 2 parts.

The lower campsite is especially reserved for families with young children or people who want to be close to the village. Well shaded, equipped with bathrooms with two showers, two toilets, a sink, and two washbasins. Its bathing area is also a cozy place with space for cooking, a refrigerator, and a round table, where campers enjoy gathering. Around a very old pear tree, children will find swings and different games for the little ones. In addition, a campfire has been set up so that you can gather around a campfire in the evening.

The upper campsite, on the other hand, is an old village garden, bordered by a stream, shaded by some large pear and lime trees. The owner wanted to keep its wild and preserved aspect. Therefore, there have been no heavy works damaging the soil or vegetation. The equipment is rudimentary but practical and pleasant. There is no electricity, but there is an exceptional night sky. Spring water, solar showers thanks to shower bags and black drums, and dry toilets.

You will also find at the campsite 2 unusual accommodations, a "Carabane" and a "Bunga-yourte". In addition, the Bamboul’âne farm campsite is part of the Accueil Paysan network.
