CAMPING LOU CABASSON

Such a great place. Stayed at Lou Cabasson in 2022 and came back in 2023. Will be back again next year. The owners have done an amazing job since taking over 2 years ago. Lots of refurbishment, but the real success comes from the family themselves… always helpful and a pleasure to spend time with. They have focused on the most important things to ensure the best experience… great pool, great service and amazing food. The restaurant food is better than any of the local restaurants you will find… and don’t miss the weekly ‘moules-frites’… the best you’ll ever taste.

Nice camping...just a handful of pitches..the rest is mobile homes. Facilities are clean and sufficient. (In France there are still campings that do not supply TP..this one included)Too bad you have to order your bread in advance ( choices; 2 sorts of banquette, croissant, pain au chocolate) I like to have a choice in the morning not 24hrs in advance.Pool is great! The slides keep kids busy all day! (Or a part of it)The location is nice. The beaches of Cabasson is just 5 or 6 (car)minutes away.Beaches of Le Lavandou maybe 10min.We suggest to check Bormes Les Mimosas Port as well. Small town with lovely restaurants.One major issue was made when we had visitors over..just for a nice BBQ. They were forced to pay €6.00 or leave. We still do not know why...because the might use the toilet??? (They were not allowed to use the pool (not even the kids!!!!!) After a dispute they could swim..as an exception.Come on French be more happy and friendly in live!! Smile and be hospitable and do not try to squeeze money out of every opportunity..bus let it slide every once in a while!!

Nice and calm stay

Charming little, quiet family campsite. Exactly what I was looking for. Fabulous welcome. Staff always pleasant and attentive. A little extra for the waitress who always has a smile. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the campsite including the swimming pool. 2 evenings per week at the bar restaurant with singer in a nice atmosphere without having to endure the noise of the techno evenings found in factory campsites which offer multiple noisy and useless activities for me.In short, I highly recommend this campsite for those looking for calm, conviviality and serenity.

A very pleasant stay, a very clean mobile home, a very wooded campsite, a swimming pool, a top slide for young and old. The owners and staff very helpful and smiling. The pizzas and cocktails are excellent. Very family-friendly and rather calm, I appreciated it!!! ☀️🏖️👙🩳👌🏻
