CAMPING DOMAINE VILLA VERDE

This is our 3rd time here - we like it a lot! This family run campsite is very good & has everything we need - the staff are extremely polite, friendly & helpful - we had a lovely welcome. We find the site quiet & relaxing - adjacent to the site is a large terraced area where you can run your dog off lead.The surrounding area is interesting with lots of small villages to explore - good area for walking - lots of information available in reception.The pitches are terraced & generally level - most have shade - the toilet blocks, while a bit basic, are cleaned twice every day. The electrical supply is 10 amps but the voltage seems to dip in the afternoon for a few hours which makes our fridge automatically swop over to gas - it swops back to electricity in the evening.The pool area is great - 3 pools plus there is a water park at the side - a pool supervisor is always on duty - plus a children’s playground - plus table tennis & pétanque.The bar staff are very nice but if they are busy in the evening the service can be a little slow - the food is varied & most of it is ok but avoid the Pizzas! This is a shame as last time we were here in 2019 the pizzas were brilliant.There are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area to try - just a few kilometres to drive - in August you must book!

I had an incredible week at this campsite! As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling and pleasant team, who showed exceptional kindness. The campsite setting is simply top notch, offering an ideal environment to relax and enjoy nature.The catering also deserves to be highlighted: the dishes were excellent and at very affordable prices, which is a real plus. The only downside would be a lack of light in the evening, but that didn't spoil my experience. I highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a friendly and pleasant place to spend their vacation!
