CAMPING LE DOMAINE DES NAÏADES

Had a great stay here just last week. Mobiles are spotless. Really good condition. Plenty of room. Lovely little outdoor area too. Poolside bar was brilliant for drinks. Some good amenities on site (bike hire, shop etc.) staff were all really friendly and helpful with booking things for us non-French speakers. Great stay overall. Will definitely be back!

Customer Service ignores any request. Still waiting for then to respond. Our shower water wasn't working. They sent people 3 times to fix it. Each time left our place dirty afterwards and each time it wasn't fixed. This went on for 4 days. 2nd time they said it was fixed so we showered our 1 year old and she got burnt as the shower went scolding. We had to clean up after them each time. Wife was 4 months pregnant and we have a 1 year old daughter. They replaced the boiler on day 5 but the issue was still not fixed. Complained and they said we had to email their main company. I emailed 2 times and they have just ignored me for 2 weeks now.Any complaints they just delay you until you leave and hope you forget about it.Zero compensation. We had to shower my families place at a different location each day. Not relaxing.

Great location, short walk from the beach . Cycle path at the bottom of the hill takes you to st tropez. Mini market on site . The best swimming pool I’ve ever seen on a campground.

Stayed here for 10 nights with my family.Smaller style camp, set in a forest.Pool is good, lifeguards are ridiculously strict. Pool is deep so very tricky for non competent swimmers. (You buy a floatie in the campsite shop & can’t use it in the pool) slides close for 2 hours during the day! At peak season.No BBQs on site. U can rent a grill pan from the shop for €40 for the week.Restaurant on site is grand- can’t fault it. Staff weren’t great or friendly.Staff at reception were extremely unhelpful & there is a serious lack of communication with on site info.Overall this is NOT a 5 star site, it needs some reburbs.Location to port grimand is ideal.Probably would not return.

Great camping site overall! Rooms are exactly like the pictures, very friendly staff, clean and peaceful area, not too far from Saint-Tropez, and pretty good food in their restaurant as well!Also recommended with dogs, mine loved in here! 🐶
