Latest reviews for CAMPING LES PRAIRIES DE LA MER
Overall a very good experience, friendly staff and clean. We stayed in the village and even received a free breakfast delivered to our front porch on the first morning. The little homes are very well equipped and you have basically everything to cook your own meals instead of going to the pricey restaurants. One should also know that this is not a typical hotel, so in case the one roll of toilet paper that you receive is empty, you'll need to go to one of the grocery stores and get your own. For us it was also important to know that there are no umbrellas or beds at the beach, so if you don't bring or buy your own because you only stay there for a short time but still want to lie at the beach, you can only go to the "Tangerine" and spend the day there for 25€ per bed and person.
Great place to visit with a family and easily spent 4-5 days, practicing the art of doing nothing...!We stayed there for 2 days , in the middle of our road trip to Provence, to take some much needed rest.Great beach, beautiful and clean spaces.
Stayed here with DS One Vacancies. The site has lots of facilities included an advertised heated pool. We were here 8 days and it was between 18-19 so is not heated, something to consider if this is essential. There was construction going on while we were there but not an issue for us. Very expensive to eat and drink but this is normal for the area. The takeaway is very good with lots of choice. The bar does a happy hour between 19:30 - 20:30 which is handy. Easy to visit St Tropez from Port Grimaud via a small passenger boat.
Great park with fantastic access direct onto the beach, loads todo for families, pony trekking, archery, numerous play grounds, creche. Has great facilities for adults, great bar and stage, hairdressers, mini super U super market, Spa, beach club etc ...it is however expensive but normal for being in the Cote de Azur overlooking St. Tropez Bay
One of the best places for families to stay whilst in this area. Top rated holiday park with the largest swimming pool in Europe in my view. All different styles of caravans at different price levels. They have sports facilities, soccer, tennis, kids clubs, a petting farm, a few great bars and restaurants, all of these are within walking distance to the beach and ocean.
