Latest reviews for CAMPING DU PIN DE GALLE
We arrived at the campsite gate on foot and wanted to have a look at the site and access to the beach. We just wanted to find out whether the campsite would be suitable for our family of 4 on our next trip to the south of France. By chance, the owner couple came by and treated us extremely unfriendly and like criminals. When we asked if there was access to the beach, we were obviously lied to. We were also refused a tour of the campsite. On the contrary, the owner even threatened us. If you work in tourism, you should be better at dealing with people. Because politeness is the minimum you should expect in this industry with potential customers. Absolutely not recommended!
Lovely owners, helped me out with a pitch when they were fullBut it was late and they had an emergency pitch so let me inOne central facilities block, shared, bit of a hill to walk up if your at the bottomAccess to the beach
Absolutely lovely campsite and owners! I’ve been traveling by bike for a couple of months and have stayed in a lot of campsites and this one was definitely one of the best. It’s steps from a beautiful beach, small, and quiet. Sanitary facilities are clean and functional and there’s just a good vibe there. Town is a 10-15 minute walk away, with restaurants and bars etc. Groceries the same.Highly recommend this campsite for people traveling with a tent, car, van etc. A lovely pause from the big RV filled campsites all around Europe. Thanks Michel and Franny! We hope to visit you again in the future!
Great location but owners rudeFacilities basicExpensive but well situatedToilets not clean - maybe because we arrived in the eveningProbably better if you want a bungalow - they look niceNot close to any bars which are open. Maybe Thursday is not a good night in Le PradetDear OwnersIf you are going to reply in English then don’t hide behind cliches about ‘charity’ and don’t confuse grumpy demeanour with ‘welcoming visitors’You didn’t smile … not even once … for us and the 2 German campervans when we all arrived at the same time. You work in the Hospitality Business and have a beautiful location ….Good luck for your season. We wish you well
Michel & Fanny were so lovely and welcoming to us in their beautiful campground. My partner and I spent two weeks at Pin de Galle while in between homes this summer & every few days our lovely hosts would scramble to find room for us even as they were completely full. The beaches are beautiful, the snorkeling is incredible, but the hospitality is what will keep us coming back for years to come. You have made forever friends in us. Thank you Fanny & Michel! -Brent & Kate
