We had an excellent vacation here. The campground is located in a scenic forest with hiking trails close to the sea. The pool and other amenities were perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
The camping was Good but no So much activity for the kids , only 2 hours activity for them by day I hope this camping need to more activity for future!
Beautiful location and campsite. If you stay definitely book the sunset walk with Thierry, amazing views, bring you walking shoes and water. Its a 40-minute walk to the nearest beach/cove down some steep rocky paths. The local cove beaches are all naturist. Some marked others not. They are still family-friendly, but your kids might be embarrassed!
I've been to quite a few Huttopia sites and this continued the positive experience my family have always had.The site is relatively small, and well shaded by trees, with a wide range of chalets available. All the usual Huttopia nice touches were there - with everything really tastefully done and well looked after.Compared to some other Huttopia I've stayed at I'd say this one was particularly well suited to families with young kids as there was a decent sized shallow pool joined onto the nicely sized big pool. The Foret de Janas was very nice, but the trails are super steep in places so not suitable for kids without electric bikes, as we found to our cost.Nice location to easily explore the local area, including beaches, villages and towns. All in all, another lovely Huttopia.
I love Huttopia campsites but this one falls short. When we checked in, we were asked to wear a paper wrist band at all times. It wouldn't have lasted 2 minutes in the shower, let alone a day at the beach. We never wore it and nobody questioned it. We were given the code to the barrier and also advised it was for a pedestrian gate after 11pm. There is also a security guard patrolling after dark. None of these make you feel this is a safe place. Annoyingly the quickest route to the beaches is via the gate at the southern end of the campsite and this is permanently locked. On Saturday night there is loud music from what seems like a nightclub going on past midnight. The site's own entertainment can be heard across most of the site. I thought "Roxanne" to be rather an inappropriate choice of song for the children's entertainment night. Collecting your bread in the morning can take ages if someone in front is ordering six coffees. Our pitch is on solid rock. It made securing our awning incredibly difficult.
