CAMPING LE RELAIS DE LA BRESQUE

We rented a mobile home from the website on recommendation. The mobile home was great, large, modern and clean! All amenities that we needed. We had a great veranda with a dining table + separate two wicker chairs and table for relaxing.Lovely garden setting and fantastic pool area. We were informed about no "modern" bathing shorts allowed, so "budgie smugglers" (!) had been purchased. If that's needed for the French for good hygiene, so why not!?!The owner is extremely nice and we picked up freshly baked bread every morning. Lovely neighbors & petanque. Walking distance to the waterfall which is worth a visit. I strongly recommend this camping site.

Desk lady is a real witch. I have not been yelled at like the way she yelled at me since I was 10 years old in school.We tried to check in as friendly as always do but there was no chance with her. Rude from the first words out of her mouth. After heading to the pool we soon found that she is that way with everyone.I would recommend not staying here, unless you get off on paying to be treated like swine.

I visited in my car with a view to staying in my motorhome later in the week. On arrival at reception four ladies were sitting out side and pointed at the reception. Finally a dark haired lady came into reception and I politely asked in French if she spoke English. Her response in French was sharp and abrupt. She pointed to a plan of the site we suppose to show where the camper places were. She then turned, left us alone in reception and sat back down with the other ladies. My description of the event would be rude, hostile and I have since read similar reviews. We will never return to a site which employs such rude personnelJK

Horrible reception lady. Very rude at check in. Watches over the pool like a hawk just waiting for reasons to yell at you. She told me I had two strikes then I’m out of the pool like I was some sort of child.

Pleasant. But €20 a night is excessive I feel and then being banned from the pool for not having budgie smugglers.
