CAMPING FONTISSON

Very friendly and helpful managers at this campsite.Beautiful pool(unfortunately when we went to use it on our final afternoon it was closed for cleaning.)Pitch was a bit lacking in grass as end of season but small shower block near us was clean and functional.The main one nearer the reception was indoor and very nice,warm and clean.We played pétanque and crazy golf(which was in need of repair and maintainence)There was a bar but we didn’t have chance to visit.We got a bus into Avignon which was 10walk to stop and 30min ride in.Would recommend this site.

Camping Font8sson is a gratis place to be. Quilt, spacious places and a lot of service.. nearby the nice city of avignon.

The new owners, Eric, Blondine and Bruno are a dynamic team obsessed with customer satisfaction, which they unfailingly deliver in abundance. They are ultra friendly and approachable and always have a presence around the site , which is reassuring to the clientele. Nothing is too much trouble, they will help you with any issue you have.Large selection of camping/ caravan pitches, along with mobile homes for hire. Spotlessly clean toilet/ shower blocks. Quiet site, very peaceful setting in the countryside neighbouring a vineyard.. Convenient for Avignon and all the other tourist attractions of the region.We recommend the site unreservedly. This was our initial visit. We have already booked a two month stay for next year, which tells you everything you need to know.

Mature couple in trailer tent, here for 2-night stopover. Quiet as just at end of season. Nice pitches & clean sanitary facilities. Great pool, great location for visits to Avignon, Pont du Gard, etc.

Very sporty and cozy small campsite. It is possible to play a large amount of sports and swim. The food was also really good. Definitely recommended of you want to go to Avignon or if you are looking for a place to stay when you are travelling through France.
