CAMPING LA SORGUETTE

What we liked - the proximity of the nearby river, the playground, the powerful air conditioningWhat could be improved - impressed by the nice pictures of the mobile homes we booked one of them, we found them to be very small, obe of the blanket was dirty and so the whole mobile home was not the newest one. The terrace and the pitch around it had their cleaning some time ago, and the table did not have it neither, the oven did not work completely, the water cooker was full of calc and some wooden part of the kitchen just fall apart. We are aware that there are newer mobile homes, and some time after our booking our model vanished from the webpage (we woukd have revised the booking if knowing the details in advance to a better mobile home in the same place)Some evening event at high season would have been appreciated.

Friendly welcome by the Reception team. This is a large camp site with top quality facilities and clean bathrooms and washrooms. I had the chance to pitch my tent next to pleasant and chatty neighbours which made for a lovely evening. Alas, dogs of the nearby shelter barked and howled through the night. One may wonder what kind of treatment they receive to go wild for hours on. The camping management is fully aware of this situation, and submitted their case to the local authorities.

We love this site and have stayed many times. Good sized pitches, quiet even when the site is full. Easy access to the town along a pretty walk beside the river. Good cycle paths, railway station to Avignon. Looking forward to coming again next year

Nice little campsite close to L'Isle de Sorgue. Cleaning is done well.

Excellent camping offering peace, privacy and all the services needed including freezer rental, snack bar, tv room, books rental, big playground for children, city bike rental, petanque playground, grocery shop with fresh pastry every morning also a beautiful river with clear refreshing water just next to the camp with private access. In a hot summer there is also an option for a cold water shower as one is always located in each of showers in the camp. The camp is very clean
