camping with very reasonable prices, location close to city center and with nice field to lace your tent at the spot you want it. Toilets and shower nice and clean. personnel is friendly, to perfect for a few days to stay.

Well, what a find. Great welcome to start. Pitch 42, stunning, right by river so view for us over towards opposite side was perfect, if you're a twitcher, you will love it !!! Facilities were spotless and warm, only 6° outside so every little helps. 15 - 20 minutes riverside walk into a charming town. Looked at 1 possibly 2 nights, stayed for 3 ... says it all really, and at €14 a night !!!! Wake up UK. Thank you. We will be back.

Rooms??? The clue's in the name "camping"!Great staff especially Marine who helped me greatly.Best camping facilities I've ever had in France. Beware though, if you're of a sensitive nature; they are mixed sex. There's ample privacy for most people's needs.The location is fabulous alongside the river Mayenne. It's a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the riverbank to Château-Gontier.The camping pitches vary. Few are flat and there are few where you could erect an awning.Nevertheless I like the place. And would visit again.

site is about 40 mins walk from the town centre.Pitches all had some nice shady places under the trees. Most had electric and water nearby.Signs for the riverbank and pool don't say how far walk the pool is, it's about 20mins each way so you'll need another shower on your return. The amenity block is adequate and unisex. Some problems with the WiFi.

Overnight stop. Good location, walk along the river bank into town. Friendly staff. Good clean facilities, great free wifi (ask reception for a code) .
