A bit mixed to be honest. When we arrived, there was a 1 3/4 hour wait to get keys/sign in. We were aware of the 400 euro deposit (seems very steep), but this did seem to be causing delays and annoyance. The next surprise was that the were no bed sheets in our mobile home (site doesn't have any, we weren't told), so we had to buy a full set the next day.Other reviews speak of the proximity of accommodation and the noise from crows. I didn't find this too bad- no crows but a few wood pigeons cooing in the morning.Our mobile home was pretty nice, just a bit roasting as we went in August 2022, no one's fault I guess (apart from everyone's maybe?).Weirdly, despite the heat, the pool was too cold for 2 of our 3 kids, so what should have been a central attraction/means for cooling off wasn't nearly as useful as it might have been. There were also power cuts across the site on 2 of our night there, so no power in the home and the water slides were not working.But... The staff were really helpful (great when we lost a set of keys) and always pleasant. The site is pretty good- big playground/BBQ area/boules court and not too big, so we weren't schlepping around for ages. Other facilities like recycling and laundry were decent. Nice bakeries in Angles and there seems to be a fair bit to do nearby (beaches, canoeing, sites to visit).

Nice enough site, but caravans are very close together. We went early June when pleasantly empty and quiet. Would NOT like to be there in July and August. Too many people in too little space I would think, and noisy.
