Booked room with kitchen it was a great price comfy bedA really quiet nights sleep no sound!Manager Carole was really welcoming.Beautifully maintained gardens.Toilets and showers clean (no toilet paper or seats)Pools looked great but was a bit cool.
Lovely campsite with welcoming owners. Pitches small (for large camper) but adequate. Facilities are good and cleaned regularly. Good access to all the cycling routes in the area. We had a most enjoyable stay.
First visited this campsite in 2007 and returned again in 2015 and 2016 and was not disappointed. The couple who run it are very friendly and accommodating. A great base from which to visit the Ile de Noirmoutier and the town of St Gilles Croix de Vie as well as the local beaches. However there are fewer pitches for tents with much of the site taken up by chalets. The pool was warm and clean and the showers and toilets are also well maintained and clean, though you do need to provide your own lavatory paper. There is also a small playground for kids. There is free WiFi available though the speed is not terribly fast! The only disappointment was the fact that the bar was not open. Apparently the bar only opens throughout the high season and Saturday nights. Note that you may also need to hunt out a boulangerie in the morning as bread is only offered from mid-July onwards.Despite the bar and shop being closed during our stay in early July 2015 we enjoyed our stay very much. We returned in late July 2016 and the entertainment was great. Would definitely recommend.
Great campsite. Carole and Sebastian very welcoming and kind. Pools brilliant. Very family friendly. We hope to return someday 👍 thank you
We walked in on a HOT game of BINGO and BOCCI BALL! My partner Steve was eager to please and willing to try anything!
