CAMPING ACAPULCO

Friendly holiday park with amazing pool. Beach, supermarket, few bars and shops a short walk away

Visited here in our campervan in July 23. We were very surprised to find that there were only 5 campervan pitches on the entire site. Two of which were in the reception car park area. All other accommodation were in cabins. Also unusually the pitch we had was on tarmac detracting from the normal experience.The site was very clean and lovely and our children really enjoyed the slides. The beach is pretty close but best got to by bike. The small town right beside was a typical seaside town. Don't expect rustic France.The big test, would I go back. Probably not. Despite the cleanliness and facilities it's not really our kind of place.

Came here on vacation for one week, it was kinda the best!! Superb campsite with slides (and a buoy slide) and wave pool, kids had fun!! Presence of a bar / restaurant, pizzeria and a food court, so don’t worry there’s choice !!Best location !! Beach and funfair around 5 min by car, same for supermarket. Saint Jean de Monts town centre is about 15 min by car too!!Some negative points : the toilets at the pool was disgusting and stinks and one of the three pools was too cold. And the mobile-home was so-so. Beware the agency you choose (they are several of them in the campsite)

We have for many years frequented this site and have seen the improvements each time, however the camping pitches this year were close to the reception and not only the vehicle traffic that raced around including the site electric van! but the foot traffic including the 3,4 and twice 5 am in the morning with load young drunk night clubbers walking through the site? The toilet facilities although very recently re furbished were woefully inadequate 1 toilet and 1 disabled, which were constantly a queue, and dispensers generally empty. Generally avoid if Camping.

Great stay. Reception ladies were all very friendly and helpful.All bar staff were great apart from the man with the black beard he served all the french before us even though we were there before anyone else this resulted in my walking away after a 20 minute wait and i did not return to the bar for the rest of my holiday.The pitch was a great size but it was just dust that got everywhere it would of been much better with grass or stones anything but dust.The pool area was spotless and kept us entertained for hours on end it's faultless.Location is great the beach close by is beautiful.Over all lovely holiday and i would definitely return
