CAMPING LES AMIAUX

Stayed here in our touring caravan at end of July. We really liked the place. Pitches are very big with water and electricity. Showers/toilets were very clean. We had to take our bikes off our car as you have to go under a 2.65m underpass but that didn't bother us. Pools and slides are great, tennis, basketball courts were good aswell. Good location only a few minute drive from the lovely town which is bustling and has plenty to do.

Lovely campsite, very friendly staff and a terrific restaurant on site - the food was delicious. Pitches are large, with water and EHU. The sanitary facilities were good, nice and clean, good showers. No toilet paper provided though!! Only downside was that the outdoor pool wasn't open until July 7th. The beach is 800 metres away - a walk through a pine forest/dunes, and there is a cycle path at the rear of the site leading to St Jean de Mont (5kms). Would recommend.

We stayed here for two weeks and had a really good time, the staff are fantastic and our kids absolutely loved everything there was to do on site especially the pools.

This is our 5th visit. The management of the facilities has changed since last year and everything is about making/ saving money. The pools closing earlier than advertised with only one member of staff working spoils everyone's fun. The service in the bar area is appalling. Queues are huge, and and has prevented us from going to it. We have chosen to stay at our accomodation instead. We won't be returning. We have another 2 weeks to endure this terrible service

Spent 4 nights in Camping Amiaux and had a brilliant time. The pitches are extremely spacious, well shaded and private, with hedges bordering them. The toilet and shower facilities were well maintained and very clean.Great facilities on site with multiple pools, a gym and tennis courts. The on site bar and shop are reasonably priced with nightly entertainment provided in the bar.Very friendly staff, would definitely return, highly recommend.
