CAMPING PARADIS LA BRETONNIÈRE

Spent over a week at this campsite the pitches are very spacious and flat. The staff are so lovely, really friendly and helpful. There are 2 pools, tennis court, trampoline, table tennis, kids club, bar, restaurant and on sight entertainment every evening. Fresh bread available daily in the mornings and some provisions at the office. The restaurant food was lovely and very reasonably priced. There are lots of toilets and showers dotted all around the campsite. We had our own tent and motorhome so can't comment on the rental accommodation but there are a variety of options. This was definitely our favourite site of our 3 week holiday it has a warm, relaxing feel that others lack we didnt want to leave but sadly needto make our way home. 100% recommend 🌟

Really nice camping with friendly and helpful staff.The bread is good and fresh every day. The pools are not too big, but clean and partly covered so you don't get much sun burn.There is a nice fishing pond with a fence around it so it's safe for the children.The closest decent supermarket is a 12 minute drive away.

A wonderful stay!. A wonderful peaceful stay at La Bretonniere. The campsite is very well maintained and kept clean. The toilet and shower facilities were cleaned to a high standard every day. The site was very quiet after 11pm, and we felt comfortable letting our children explore the site on their own. Excellent!

This site is excellent. A perfect base for exploring different coastal resorts but also enough on site to spend some days here. Toilet/shower/washing up facilities are plentiful, are the cleanest I’ve ever seen on a campsite and, although it’s high season and busy, we’ve never had to wait. There are several fantastic parent and child showers with a little bathtub for babies and changing space but also space for a parent and little one to shower and get organised. The mini club is run by enthusiastic, multi lingual staff and my son (4) has been excited to go each morning. The pool and sunbathing facilities are fantastic, providing hours of fun. The bar is very reasonable - with a good supply of ice creams - the snack bar serves decent hot food in the evenings, and the play facilities are brilliant - trampolines, swings, slides etc. Free WiFi in the reception/bar/restaurant area. The pitches are a very good size with ample shade for your tent/caravan (it’s been very hot!) and loads of room for outside living - you are separated from your neighbours by hedges, but there is a great mix of French, Dutch and British families, creating a really lovely atmosphere. The owners and all of the staff are very attentive and friendly and seem to take a real pride in their work, which is obviously why it’s such a great place to be! We will definitely be back.

Great site, friendly team.We stayed for 10 days in August 2017; the kids had a great time in the pool, on the trampolines and playing table tennis. Great facilities, with moules et frites on a Tuesday, and a couple of decent singers throughout the week. Each tent site is spacious and screened off from other neighbours, meaning we had privacy and lots of space to sit around the BBQ with friends. Really friendly team, who were happy to help.The only downside was that we were placed right near the shower / toilet block, which meant continuous noise - it wasn't so bad, but I'd recommend asking to be sited further away, if you're after peace & quiet.
