Latest reviews for CAMPING LE COTTAGE FLEURI
Close to the beach, staff friendly. Can be noisy until late on entertainment evenings but otherwise a nice site. Toilets and showers are good but no paper, beware.Has a swimming pool, bar and a snack bar but we didn't use. Went out into village instead. Good selection of shops and a few restaurants.Car park, cafe and toilets at beach entrance.
Stayed for 4 nights with the ACSI card for €81 inclusive of taxes. We were able to walk around 1st to choose our pitch. The ground was grassy and reasonably flat. The indoor pool was heated and super size. There was NO WiFi!The toilet/shower block was clean but there's no toilet paper in the loos!Staff helpful.Great location for beach
Love it here all the facilities you need within walking distance an amazing pool and the beach a short walk to the end of the road
Just left the most awful and dangerous pitch we have ever stayed. We were allocated a pitch amongst mobile homes away from the rest of the campers. When we seen what we had been allocated my husband went to reception and complained about how bad it was , the woman in reception who spoke good English just shrugged her shoulders and said that's all that's left, didn't offer to let us move on to a pitch at a later date, didn't offer a reduction in fees. This pitch had metal spikes sticking out of ground, a large metal chain attached to metal fitting sticking out of ground, so many holes in ground we couldn't put ground sheet in awning in case we twisted an ankle in holes we could see, my husband even bought a shovel to try and fill in holes, but gave up as there were so many. Rubble and slabs lying around. Electricity connection lying on ground. I feel so strongly that this dangerous so called pitch could be allocated to anyone and taking full payment I will post on acsi and all others advertising this site . I will also sent photos to the inspector of this site. We stayed here last September and enjoyed our stay on a proper camping pitch. I'm attaching small selection of photos but many more will be sent to inspector. All photos are date and time stamped.I think you have badly missed the point , do all your pitches have metal chains, metal poles, rubble etc. I wonder if inspector will agree with when shown all of the photos. It is your duty to ensure your pitches are safe. This one wasn't. As regards approaching reception, on arriving and when complaining about pitch, there was an unpleasant and disinterested attitude which would put any one off approaching it. We decided to stay and enjoy the weather and location as had travelled from Scotland.Your reply is no more than I expected after reading your replies to other complaints.Inspector obviously wasn't shown this pitch or it never been passed.I will contact him and ask and show him photos, I'm sure this pitch wouldn't pass safety checks for a 1 star site. The only facility we used was swimming pools and they are lovely.
Lovely quiet site (end of May into June) some of the facilities were closed but it wasn't that inconvenient. Easy walk to the beach and about 40 minutes to the main town, along the beach.
