CAMPING RELAIS DES BRISON

The Relais des Brison campsite is nestled in the Ardèche Cévennes, on the banks of the La Beaume river, in the picturesque hamlet of Gua, in the commune of Beaumont. This exceptional natural setting offers holidaymakers a peaceful environment, ideal for recharging in the heart of Southern Ardèche.

This 2-star campsite spans a four-hectare estate and offers 49 terraced pitches. Campers can choose between 19 bare pitches for tents, caravans, 2 motorhome parking areas, as well as rental accommodations including 6 mobile homes, 10 chalets, and rooms. Each pitch is shaded and delimited, ensuring privacy and comfort.

For leisure, the campsite features a children’s play area, a volleyball court, a pétanque field, and a ping-pong table. Holidaymakers can also enjoy 400 meters of private riverbanks along the La Beaume river, perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing on the provided sun loungers. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the GR de Pays Tour du Tanargue, offering numerous marked trails to explore the stunning landscapes of the region.

In terms of services, the Relais des Brison offers a convenience store in July and August with local products, hygiene and cleaning items, as well as a bread and pastry reservation service for the next day. A central barbecue is available for convivial moments. The campsite also provides free Wi-Fi access at the information point, a laundromat with a coin-operated washing machine, and a freezer for cooling blocks. Pets are allowed on request and for an additional fee.

The privileged location of Relais des Brison allows visitors to discover the treasures of Southern Ardèche, including the listed villages of Labeaume, Jaujac, and Balazuc, the Ardèche Gorges and Pont d’Arc, as well as historic sites such as the Chauvet Cave and Aven d’Orgnac. Outdoor activities abound, with opportunities for canoeing, caving, canyoning, tree climbing, paragliding, and via ferrata nearby.
