Lovely clean campsite with lots to do in the surrounding area. Severely let down by the obstructive, rude reception team. The pools wouldn't be open on time, or the slides remain closed and yet the "not my problem" attitude of the staff at reception was really unhelpful. The restaurant was lovely, delicious food and lovely staff. A great site, as long as you don't want any input from reception.

We spent two weeks here with a 3 year old and 4 month old baby in June. The facilities are fantastic - the swimming pools, restaurant, accommodation and grounds were all so beautifully clean. Great atmosphere and will definitely return!

Very nice place to stay for a week of holiday. Kajak in Ardèche surely advised, but go in early morning or it is way too crowded. The beds are unfortunately not of high quality. We enjoyed our stay with the kids a lot.

The campsite is ideally located between the mountains and really has all the facilities to give you a top holiday. Especially for children up to 16 years old. For teenagers there is unfortunately not much to do, but they also advertise that.Occupancy of the campsite is 70% Dutch, with all the pros and cons :)Staff are super friendly and work hard. Know that if you go swimming, you are not allowed to wear swim-shorts! (Only Speedo).During the holiday, a visit to the village of Ruoms is a must and then take the river Ardèche with you. Easy to reach from the center.Tip; Download the Yelloh Village app, log in and arrange all your affairs online. You can easily pass on restaurant reservations and report possible defects for the bungalow.Bon vacances!

We visited Ranchisses in the after season. It is situated in a beautiful place with a small river nearby. All the crew were very friendly and went the extra mile, even after a long season. The place is very clean and everything is well maintained. There is a lot to do for kids… swimming, playground, toys, air inflated cushion etc. Highly recommended
