LUDO CAMPING

I've really liked the camping, which is situated in a very nice place, close to the river and with a great swimming pool. The service is fine, the cleaning level acceptable... BUT the problem is that after 6pm the camping is left alone by the staff, nobody of the crew is available and the quality of the stay only depends on your luck (if you need something you have to find a way yourself) and on the good behaviour of the customers. Which of course are not always so respectful (in my 2 night stay, there were people having a party in their glamping tent until 2am, others installing their tent in the middle of the night...). So I only recommend it if you're very well equipped and you don't care about your sleep quality.

There is a lot to improve, but espcially the quality of the hospitatlity and the staff was lower then we ever saw on a camping. I'm really wondering if the entire staff is even slightly happy to do their job. They are just not interested in giving people a nice welcome and good holiday vibes. I think they should look for a different job, where they don't have to be in service of clients, because they don't care about people.

We booked for a week, on the 25th of July but soon after that we had to cancel because of the excessive heat in which our dog would not make it very well.We cancelled one day after booking, but they charged our credit card for the whole week.I send emails to ask for a deal but never heard of them again.

1 star for the nice place and view1 star for the friendly employees.The Mobile homes are ok but very small, old and suffering on maintenance.No umbrellas on the pool you stay all time in the sunNo wifi only directly next to the receptionShowers and toilets outside are in bad condition no really clean thanks good that me have are own toilets in the mob. HomeWe paid 700€ for one week which is a ridiculous price for this standard.All in all the people are friendly and the France employees are welcome you.But it looks and feels that the camping place is from the 70 is but the prices are 2018

Good location. Next to a nice river and with a good swimming pool (unguarded). But the service, friendliness, helpfulness here: never experienced anything so bad! Staff are more concerned with themselves and each other than the guests. Everything takes a long time and is too much to ask. If you have driven a very long day to this campsite, with a lot of bad luck along the way, and you finally arrive, very hungry, you are very unlucky. You are simply told that you can't get anything to eat anymore. While the restaurant is still open for more than an hour, you are told: 'no, we are closing the kitchen now'. While there are still plates leaving for tables all the time. “Just 3 pizzas to take away then?’ was our question. 'No, the chef doesn't feel like it anymore'! Unbelievable! The next evening, on the terrace, during an absolutely terrible magic show for the children, things did not get much better. A very long wait to be helped at the bar, and no, it wasn't busy at all, they just didn't feel like it! Only to be told that what we wanted to order was gone. While people a whil after that just walked to their table with those drinks?! And when one of their playground equipment blocked and our son could not play what he had been asking for for days and was finally allowed by us, and therefore now also lost his money, the help and service was completely non-existent and even rude! We are completing our time here, but we are looking for entertainment outside the campsite the rest of the time and we are also spending our money elsewhere for the rest of the holiday. Really never experienced anything like this before. NEVER AGAIN !
