Nice place, i put four stars instead of five for the renting price. It a bet expensive on my opinion.
Nice camping site. The river was low on water that was a pity but the pools are great. I have a mixed experience with this camping site. Kids had a good time and we have made friends. The bad:Next to the river there is a busy road and you hear cars and loud motorcycles all day.Showers are dramatic. From cold to hot in one second, not so good for kids. And the reception told they where working on it. No improvement in the two weeks we where there. Often toilet doors where locked without any reason, reception fix: small signs with warnings.Pay at the restaurant with card below 5 euro is not possible (it is 2022!).There where power outages, probably because there are earth leakage circuits breakers in series.Overall impression is that management’s motivation to give the greatest holiday experience is gone.
I had the best of times, everyone is oh so lovely! The owners are the sweetest people ever and I loved the animation. The swimming pool was great and there was a city nearby and a supermarket on walking distance. I’m very sad to leave, might even return next year.Only stars over there ;)
Just amazing. The best couple of weeks holiday that I've had in many years. So relaxing and beautiful. This campsite is a naturist campsite set down down down in the gorge by flowing water. It's truly green and natural and the lack of clothes - even better. The campsite is very friendly and family orientated - mainly French, some German, a few others. We were the only Brits at that time - but made to feel very welcome even with very little French. The campsite is a steep walk, for about 15- 20 minutes down a quite difficult woodland path. Your luggage can go by small cable car down from the car park (for a small charge). There is a lovely restaurant on site, a bar, a small grocery shop - beautiful bread - and very helpful staff.Every day was spent relaxing, playing in the river, walking or using the many facilities. All in all, I would love to return.
Very nice camping, not too big with sufficient facilities and a very diverse and well maintained swimming area and big playgrounds. Our kids (3&5) loved the ongoing entertainment from the ever enthusiastic crew. Employees are mostly very kind, however the male owner may at times be a bit grumpy when the pressure is on during diner time. I even felt like I wasn't supposed to order anything. Kind guy during the day.Food well above average for camping standards. Pizzas especially. Quality drops a bit during rush hour and small mistakes, like bringing wrong drinks and double billing a dish, were made.Price/Quality of our hired lodge tent was ok but I would still advice renting an other accomodation if possible. Location of the tents is poor, placed at the very back of the camping and therefore harder to reach and plain boring for our kids. The tents are placed back to front which did not allow any interaction between families. Nice if you are looking for privacy, less so if you want your kids to make some friends. Beds are small (1,90m), shower didn't work properly (water stacking), and it felt a bit dirty overall. If any, I would advice the owners to turn the tents 90 degrees (face the camping) and add more shade, wineglasses, a BBQ and hammock like the other locations. Would definitely add a plus to the experience.Location of the camping itself easy to reach in a lovely environment. Enjoyed the river close by and build massive dams with my 5 y/o.All in all had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this camping.
