Latest reviews for CAMPING LES CRUSES
The campsite owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome. They have a wealth of local knowledge and can direct you so you can have a great holiday like we did. The restaurant on-site is great with a wood burning stove for the pizza and they also have a breakfast delivery service to the camp. The pool or hot tub are very clean and there's a small play area for kids. You're surrounded by vineyards and great views. This is a very special undiscovered gem and they speak French (obviously!) English and some German. The restaurant is very very good.English family with 3 daughters.
Beautiful camping! Nice pool to cool down and the view on the wineyard is stunning. Also Eloise and Xavier, the owners of the camping are so welcoming and friendly. Definitely a recommendation!
Camping Les Cruse Ribes ArdecheHi my family returned again this year to this great region. The campsite is clean and the showers has hot water and the facilities very clean. The owners host a welcome wine talk to describe the area and offer advice plus they give out free vouchers for climbing, kayaking, horse riding and visits to local attractions .They booked our tickets to visit the Pont Du Arc caves museum nothing is too much trouble they are fantastic. The pool and hot tub is spotlessThe views are stunning and it's very quiet. The restaurant is good and the same price as the local towns.A great location and we're coming back next year!
Food was great
I had indicated by telephone and email that we needed a location without stairs, a promise not kept. The manager looked for the little creature in the cleaning when we left, while my wife had cleaned. However, when we arrived it was far from clean. 2 cobwebs in the room, no ice cubes in the freezer, filthy dishwasher!...I forgot to take photos. We had rented a 2 bedroom bungalow, in case our grandchildren came.Very dark rooms, poor lighting.Stairs everywhere with disparate steps, and rare handrails, not great when you've just had knee surgery. Especially since it was reported.Unsmiling staff.Good point: the cuckoo song in the morning and the air conditioning, even if we didn't use it.Functional bungalow, but dated.
