Large campsite with some secluded places and an open field as well as forested places where you can set up your tent, caravan or camping car. In September it's quiet and a bit on the cold side if you set up in the shade because the morning sun hides behind the other side of the mountain ridge the campsite is built on, though I'd guess that's a benefit in the hot summer months. Nice, well kept pool on the premisses at no extra charge. If you want to do anything away from the campsite, like visit the local bakery, be prepared to take the car for a 15 minute drive though because there is nothing but farming fields nearby.

Beautiful camping with nice big spaces for tents and caravans. Good food at the foodtruck and nice beers and wines at the reception bar. If you like Pizza from the Pizza truck on Monday and you want to eat before 9 be sure to order directly at 16:00 when it arrives. Only thing that realy should be improved is the poor warrm water supply in the mobile homes.

Quiet nice hilly spacious Campsite. On the positive side the campsite is situated in a nice hilly area of the Drome department of France. Plenty of large pine tree covered spaces, both on campsites as chalets. If you want your place in the sun its also possible. The campground had the largest spaces for camping i have ever seen in France. Most of the site is situated on a hill, which gives you free views and the possibility to park your car at your space. There are 3 new swimming pools for every age. No shorts allowed, so make sure you bring your speedo's. Kids area futures trampoline, air castle and some smaller attributes. The layout is also the major and to me the only attraction of this campsite. Apart from that there is not a lot to do or organized. If you are looking for rest and quietness its awesome. For kids over 12yo there is not much organized or available, apart from what nature has to offer. About the countryside , its a hilly area with not spectacular sightseeing within 1 hours drive reach. No old towns, markets or mountains nearby. But if you have done your homework about the area you probably know what to expect and what your looking for, so it could be the right place for you. We rented a 5 person 2 bedroom, 33 m2 "Chalet" on the hill. By we i mean 2 adults, 2 under 10 and a baby. It wasnt possible to install a baby cod in any of the rooms and still open/close your closet or door or move around. the 5th person high sleeper was useless to us. We were denied a more expensive 4 person 37m2 Caravan with more room (but less beds), which to me is a bit awkward. Our dining table had only 4 seats! The interior of the chalets is very very basic and not much space. i would have struggled with a fifth person. The covered veranda is a bless. The contrast with the brand new Caravans is to big and not expressed in the price difference of about only 10 Euro per day. The luxury caravans are fully equipped, nicely decorated and plenty of storage space. Our Chalet had 2 empty shelves above the door, often forgotten by the cleaners, for your own stuff. The kitchenette had no space left for groceries. The cleaning was also average. The obvious places like under the beds, behind the toilet and everything above eyesight was dirty with dust and death bugs. But experienced travelers in France will probably recognize this as a pretty standard level of hygiene and tell you to go to Northern Europe if you dont like it ;-)Based on the location in the Drome, i wouldnt go there again, ive seen and done it. For the Campground i would say yes if i was traveling with tent or Caravan or if they would have a Grand Comfort Caravan available. Last but not least, the staff is excellent and go ways to help you with anything in their power to address your issues. but in the end: C 'est la vie.

a great camping to stay with camper or in a mobile-home. small camping on a large terrain, with plenty of space to expand, but for now space to enjoy peace if you need it. places are different in heights so there's a lot of privacy if you need that. On the other hand, underneath the trees more shades but also less privacy. Small pool but big enough to relax. Friendly personal speaking Dutch, French and English. No 'vinex-allthesame-letsgetaparty' camping. Best suited for families with children under the age of 12 or older people.
