DOMAINE DU LAC DE CHAMPOS

Hello, we ( family with 2 kids and a dog) had a nice stay. We are traveling with a Caravan. There is a nice lake where you can swim. Friendly staff. All good. The entrance is a bit difficult if you don't have a acces code, I would prefer to email them to get the access code. Good value for the money ( spot on). 👌

Good place to go for a swim with you're family when it's really hot in the summer. There is a little café and a lot of space to move around.

A well located campsite, around a very pretty lake for supervised swimming, fishing, navigation.The pitches are generous.Very friendly staff and the boss too.The sanitary facilities are a little dated but very functional and well maintained.I recommend.

Nice campsite where you can swim in the lake with a decent sandy beach. This part, which is guarded in the summer, is cordoned off, the other larger part is for fishermen and, among other things, for renting pedal boats and canoes.Nearby is a nice double slide complex, which you as a camping guest can use for free from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.From the campsite it is at least a 500 m walk to the swimming area.Facilities are good, cleaning is done 3 times a day.There is entertainment, but everything is done in French, so Dutch children cannot participate in everything unless you have a good command of French and keep up to date.Also regularly live music, a DJ (mainly French songs, or sung in French), this can last up to 24 hours.It didn't bother us much, you can go there too.Which is also useful and fun, Nicolas speaks a fair amount of Dutch.Children can also have fun playing in the l'Herbasse stream, although access directly to the campsite is not permitted.The campsite is located right along a not too busy road.
