CAMPING DOMAINE DE CHALAIN

Great place, beautiful setting, lots of space around lake, safe for children. Can hire kayaks, pedalos. A shop, snack bar, bar, ice cream place, boulangerie all on site, but felt it lacked more food choices, although snack bar burgers were amazing for the price! The pool is great, lots to do, slides, indoor and outdoor. Wonderful warm lake, beautiful sunsets. We stayed in a mobile home, it was great with a deck to sit outside and felt private. Quiet location too away from main centre of resort, which we liked. Camping looked a bit closer together, but can't really comment. We really enjoyed it here and would return.

Beautifully located over the lake with scenic views all around and plenty of things to do. Camping is not brand new with it's facilities and doesn't wow with the pools (very crowded and not so bigas tey seem on the photos) but it was really great for a one week stay. Thing I was lacking the most is a restaurant within a short walk distance. There is bar at the campsite but only with fast food.

Very nicely situated camping site. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpfull.The tennis court is in a very bad shape to say the least.Infrastructure is ok and mostly working. I had to get used to when I get hot water at all and when I get hot water only (! - in the mornings, only very hot showers possible).Overall great. We'll be back.

Excellent campsite! Stunning lake sunsets, all sorts of amenities (grocery, bakery, pool, bar, snack bar, clean showers). Campsite and pitches are close to the water, some with views. Friendly staff. Happy summer camp vibe. Would definitely come back here and stay longer.

The camping is nice but huge and because of that it impacts the experience. It represents itself as 5 stars but toilet buildings are way outdated irt price. Furthermore I would suggest not to combine te 'normal' camping spots with the chalets and rental tents. To camp between te chalets is not attractive, you feel pushed away.Scenery is great.
