Latest reviews for CAMPING DU LAC
Great camp-site. Wonderful welcome. Flexible check-in. Super clean. Fantastic cycle touring emplacements with picnic tables, grass, shade and electric. Toilet paper and soap provided. And a terrific evening meal.
Perfect campsite for cycle tourists. Ended up here on a rainy and chilly afternoon in May, so rented a tent with fixed beds instead of setting up my own little tent. Though a bit on the expensive side, the tent was perfect, just what I needed. Warm welcome by owners. Recommended!
The campsite changed ownership this year, and that's a shame. The place has lost a lot of its charm and interest. What remains positive are the cycling areas, the unusual accommodation and the famous beef cobblestones created by Lionnel and Marie-Anne.With the new managers, the welcome is catastrophic and the atmosphere detestable. I'm afraid that this magnificent campsite will soon be bankrupt: when you're so incompetent, you should change profession...
As cyclists we loved this campground. The young guy on reception was friendly and helpful, great pool, bar and even table and chairs with each campsite. Added bonus was charging facility at each site. Patchy wifi though.Limited shop but there’s a supermarket 3 kms away. Can also eat at the restaurant there.
DON‘T GO THERE WITH KIDS!Very unfriendly stuff! They always complain about kids! No go!
