SITES ET PAYSAGES CAMPING DOMAINE CATINIÈRE

We were told specifically when we arrived at reception that our pitch was A9 and the lady described exactly how to get there and the fact that it was next to the sanitary facilities. We settled down for the night. At 22.40 we were disturbed by a very angry French man who blocked us in with his camping car and told us that we had parked on his pitch and demanded that we leave. We tried to ring the campsite for clarification but there was no reply and no emergency number. The man became increasingly aggressive so we moved to another pitch. The following morning the campsite manager refused to confirm which pitch was ours. She was disinterested in the situation.An extremely unpleasant experience.The toilet and shower facilities were just adequate- cold, basic and not very clean.A site to avoid.

This is one of our best sites, typical French site with a wonderful family who cannot do enough for you. Lovely sized pitch, our request was met for a sunny pitch. Showers and toilets always clean. The meals are good value and tasty and the drinks are extremely reasonable. Close to Honfleur. Cannot fault this site, will be back next year, thank you Nathalie, Quentin, Sophie, and the entire team at Camping Domaine de la Catinière x

A nice pool complex with covered pool for the smaller children and some slides for the larger children, and some adults! Quire a decent sized site with quite a lot of static Mobile homes. The toilet block was probably a little too small for the amount of people and needed a bit of a good clean.The reception and small shop was good and the cafe and food was also good for a quick snack. Around 7k cycle into hornfleur if you want crowds and restaurants

Great holiday / camp site, with lots to offer families: indoor and outdoor swimming pools with fun slides, play equipment including table tennis tables, trampoline and plenty of other options, play areas with slides, etc and bouncy castle, a small mini-farm with a pig, chickens and goats. Nice café / restaurant, too. The pool area and slides were particularly enjoyable, with children (and some adults!) loving the slides. Decent facilities, if sometimes not completely wonderful. Nicely near the improbably pretty town of Honfleur, which is just a short drive away. Very good value for what's offered. We had a lovely stay - thank you very much.
