Latest reviews for CAMPING LES CHEVALIERS DE MALTE
A very nice, cozy campground. Not very expensive considering the services and pool. The toilets are nice and clean (and have toilet seats and toilet paper which isn't a given in France at campgrounds). The owners were extremely friendly and nice even though they didn't speak much English. They even let us borrow some needle and thread since our tent had a small damage and gave us a small gas bottle for our grill when we unexpectedly ran out. We paid around 42 euros for an autocamper and 4 people per night.
Great and well maintained camping, 2 minute walk to very nice village, with a very friendly & helpfull owner. I had to find a garage to fix my tire within oneday and he phoned several garages to find the one that had my tire brand & size. Many thanks, I would hihgly recommand a stay at this camping place.
Stayed 2 nights in motorhome. Nice location pitches are a good size. Swimming pool and all facilities are clean and tidy. 10 mins walk into town centre. Most pitches have hedges between them.
Only stayed here one night on our travel South in April. We had a problem locating the campsite due to roadworks. It had been raining, so everything was a bit damp, but that’s the luck of the draw. The facilities were good and the pitch sizes were generous.
A small friendly family run campsite, with good clean facilities, including a pool, well maintained, peaceful and relaxing.Within a short stroll of the pretty town of Villedieu-les-Poêles-Rouffigny, which reminded me of a typical town from the Yorkshire Dales - Harrogate maybe.
