1 night stay in our campervan. Pleasant riverside location, just outside Confolens. Well organised site, friendly greeting from owner, English spoken. Shown to a nice, sunny pitch with grass in good condition . Facilities all clean. No toilet paper provided. Wifi included, thank you. Short walk into the small town of Confolens with lots of historic and picturesque buildings and bridge over the river.

A lovely campsite by the Vienne and only a ten minute walk from Confolens. The welcome is exceptional, the pitches are fairly generous and the washing facilities are fine. You get a lovely view of the river whilst washing your dishes. There is a little beach from which it is possible to swim and there are canoes and bikes to borrow. Love this site.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Free use of kayaks. Bread can be ordered for the morning. Food is available on site. Pitches are level, large and well maintained. Close to the village with shops bars and restaurants. My only negative comment is that the facilities blocks need updating but they are clean.

Beautiful little site, very peaceful but walking distance into town to eat. Right on beautiful river and a snack bar on site an added bonus. Very friendly owner, clean and tidy facilities with a little shop too, thoroughly recommend if want tranquility. Came with motorhome and lovely little spot under the trees, a lot of acorns drop on roof at this time of year but not a bother to us at all
