Nice campsite, close to the beach. Big but pleasent and peacefull. Staff was very friendly. Toilets are clean, there is always hot shower and a very nice dish washing facilities. There is also playground for the kids, volleyball and basketball. The grocery store is just across the street. You can also barbecue and more.
My wife and I stayed for two nights July 24. Reception was friendly and very helpful. Free WiFi which worked well with our fire stick even though being at one of the furthest pitches from the router. We booked a larger pitch which was private with electric and water located on the pitch itself. The standard pitches are very close together with spacing of 4metres or so.Beach access is from from the site, however those with mobility difficulties may use the main access which is only a few hundred metres along the road. Toilets/showers are clean but at times can be busy. This site has a laundry which is handy. Numerous Bbq's located around the site. There's a town within walking distance which offers that busy market vide and a number of bars/ restaurants with pleasant walks along the promenade. If you like a good sunset this is the place to get it as it's west facing. Highly recommend 5 stars
Very good beach access, relativley clean sanitaries but absolutly amazing water pressure and hot water in the showers. Very friendly community of mostly surfers in the closest vacinity of the beach access.Watch out: Our wetsuits were stolen on the camp ground from our drying rack. We have also heard of others which had stuff stolen (bike, chairs, etc.). Most likely by youths which were able to get on the camp grounds because the beach access does not get closed all night (we heard loud music and a car speeding of at about 3-4am).
It's by far the least camping I have seen in my entire holiday. It's not to be the grumpy one here, but I really have to mention this. We stayed here for two nights, and had a blast with my niece and her guy. But the camping itself was a bit of a downer.First of all the sanitary was often dirty, students were partying and left stuff everywhere, no toilet paper fills, you have to bring your own.Secondly, we got a dusty spot near the toilet house which we paid a lot for.Third, the price was way too steep for what your were getting.Fourth, (if you want electricity) the pole for our spot was across, so we had to buy an extra long cord for the road across to our tent. They didn't have any spares back then. The surf however is incredible at this spot, so go here, sleep and surf, don't mind this place. The receptionist was by the way very nice! So the service I was glad with.
Easy, accessible, nice beach. Chilled surfer and family vibes around the campground.Clean enough.
