CAMPING BELAIR

Nice quiet site. Very friendly owner who speaks good English. What made it for us was the onsite takeaway pizza's done to perfection with thought and pride, probably the best we have ever had!! Stayed just one night end of June would be happy to return.

We stayed at this campsite for two nights in June. Very welcoming owners, excellent pizza supper, clean facilities. However:1. No bin facilities apart from main bins at entrance - long walk.2. No loo paper provided.3. No hand wash soap provided.4. Swimming pool shut though looked fully filtered; I did not ask the owner to open it for me, which they may have done.5. Most importantly, the owners were constantly spraying weed killer everywhere, including around the village sign on the road outside proclaiming the village as a biodiversity area! What a shame to be spreading toxic weed killer like that, done of course for the owner's convenience.

Nice camping site, were disappointed with outdated bathroom facilities. Otherwise a good experience.

Could not have had a warmer welcome,fantastic spot in the unspoilt French countryside. Had major problems with our 2 motorbikes, no problem the owner popped into his car and came back in 2 minuets with the local bike mechanic .try finding that service anywhere

Very pleasant, quiet location with good wash facilities. Very short walk to the village for supplies, restaurant and cafes. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Only 12 euros per person. Result!
