CAMPING LES ROUX

Big camping place with a tree for some shadow. The lake is at walking distance but you have to be in a better condition because the camping is on the top of a mountain. The toilets and showers are fine, they are clean and have free warm water, the only downers are the insects. As last, the Staff is friendly but doesn’t speak any English.

A very quiet and relaxed Campground for Campers and tents alike. They had very clean and well maintained bathrooms. We arrived after 9pm and it was no problem for us to find a location last minute (calling ahead for availability) and then register in the morning. Waking up to the smell of lavender and buzzing of bees alone makes this a wonderful summertime stop.

OK campsite lots of space. A bit run down could do with a bit of modernisation. Still clean and tidy and not expensive

Fantastic camp area right amongst the lavender fields. Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly owners. Fresh bread, croissants and local honey and wine produce also available daily. Very clean sanitary facilities with lovely warm showers. Great cycle paths and only 25min steep walk down to the lake to swim. Great value for money and we would definitely return!

It was the lowest cost campsite ever stayed and fast-growing. The cost of Wi-Fi was very cheap throughout the stay. The restaurant inside served great pizza with a think crispy crust! The campsite was clean and well-maintained including the toilet.The only complaint was that insects were flying everywhere in the area of where we stayed. It was very annoying having to brush them off every seconds while relaxing and dining.
