CAMPING LA SOURCE

Great little camp site. Nice, quiet low key place - not one of these huge commercial campsites. Very cool playground for the kids. Brand new toilet block towards the back of the site. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fresh baguettes for breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Price per night was very good. Loved it here!

Camping is basic, but pitches are nice and big with a picnic table, drying rack and water. Toilets and showers are clean.However, service is not good. Unhelpful staff (some of them). On the day of arrival, I mailed them at 1300 at what time we could check in because we might be late due to traffic. Many hours later I received the reply: it’s not possible to check in after 19:00. It was not possible to find this information somewhere during/after booking. They were really not flexible. I understand they cannot stay until night but to say ‘nothing is possible’ is strange. We might have been half an hour later.And the last night, at a Saturday at 22:00 around 50 (?) children (handball camp) arrived, screaming and running over the camping, and playing very loud music. Not the music from the band at restaurant, that was fine. The kids had little music boxes that played loud music. Not what you hope for, especially for 30,- a night.

We spent a wonderful night on this camping after being sent away on two other campings (dogs too large on one of them, one dog too much on the other one). Very friendly welcome, even with two large dogs.The campsite is kept tidy, is very clean and even has a water sink on the pitch.No „pass sanitaire“ needed!A short walk to the beach and a restaurant (Pizza) right beside the campground.Thank you for having us!

Charming Little Campground close to sandy beaches. Clean sanitary. Wonderful trekking. Cycling routes partly good. Recommendation with ACSII rates🌞
