Latest reviews for CAMPING DE L'ÉTANG DU PAYS BLANC
Mostly statics and huts. Very average facilities and pitches, showers and toilets dated. Attracts noisy families and groups. No access to lake. No dog walking close. Expensive for quailty.
The food was nothing to write home about. Staff were nice. Best to go there in your own vehicle. Nothing around for miles and no one knows how to get anywhere. They could definitely do better.
Overall nice campsite however cleaning times of the toilets are not really respected which means that during peak hours we cannot go there because the person is washing them. Many of the dishwashing sinks were clogged. And at the swimming pool level, compliance with the wearing of swimsuits is not monitored. As a result, many people swim in swimsuits or even undershirts.
Well equipped campsite and correct mobile home, however opening hours for children's games not respected, the swimming pool closed, due to hygiene. But if that were all it would be fine, however the managers of this campsite are probably not passionate about their work, since their friendliness makes you feel it.Courtesy should not be their main value...
• No toilet paper in the bathrooms• Swimming pool -> quantity of chlorine which becomes dangerous (irritation of the eyes, skin and respiratory tract) moreover we had itchy eyes all evening we did not dare go back there.. we take a shower at the entering and exiting the pool as requested so perhaps reduce the quantity of chlorine if we are already cleanAnd no space for adults so children who splash will have the right 😂• Little space for privacy (you can hear everything the neighbors whisper)• Quiet campsite too early, at 10 p.m. no one is really allowed to laugh or talk normally... so we no longer dare to make a noise, even eating chips makes us feel like we're making noise. I understand, it’s for everyone’s peace of mind but I would have liked the atmosphere to last a little longer so as to never forget these memories. But other than that, we love camping. We end on a positive note. That's nice ! We will come back. The atmosphere is great when you show up for the activities! Sorry for the few criticisms, it's not to go down the campsite but I found them importantSee you soon !
