This is a good campsite. If your family like water slides the one's here are excellent. Food and service in the sit down restaurant is average only. The service in the bar area also very average. The site is predominantly French and so is the entertainment but entertainment staff are excellent
Stayed for 2 wks. Predominantly a french site, but immaculate. Pool and slides are brilliant. Site was very clean and tidy. Staff were lovely and helpful when needed. Food in the shop and bar/restaurant didn't seem over priced if anything seemed cheaper than home.
It is a nice family holiday, we are still there enjoying our break, nice and friendly clean caravan park. The only annoying or negative thing is the swimming restrictions or rules that was not clear on the website before we book, I am ok with rules but it would be fair if I was informed before booking. The other thing is the rooms were not clean but this is to blame eurocamp. But we would definitely come again 😊
Spent a great week here with 4 kids aged 2 - 12. Very safe campsite, kids loved freedom to use scooters across the site. The animation team are incredibly good and what they do and really are all about making your holiday enjoyable. Front of house team very welcoming and helpful also. Facilities here are fantastic - great play park for young kids, mini golf and inflatables and a green area to kick the ball around, but the water park is the big draw here - we struggled to pull our kids away! All our kids, but especially the 2 year old loved the train that goes throughout the day across the site. Loved the location of cabins, spacious site and hedges to give some privacy while relaxing on deck. Having been to France for 2 years in a row, I get the weird opening hours with restaurants, but the camp could really do with having some eating options mid-late afternoon (e.g. at least keep takeaway open for hot snacks) and the on-site supermarket is quite limited. The bar could do with a better service plan; restaurant patrons drink orders are prioritized; I waited over 30 minutes on two occasions for drinks orders; this really could be made a lot more efficient with a couple of tweaks. Cabins could also do with a more thorough clean before new guests arrive; there was a musty smell upon our arrival, and there was no mop. Location is fantastic; the town of Guérande is a 5-minute drive, and is really worth a visit. We loved our two trips to the beach at La Baule also (about 15 drive). Brand new Lidl and huge hyper market and McDonalds also within a 4 minute drive, so it really has it all. Would definitely recommend, and again, thank you to the animation team who put a lot of effort into the shows and keeping the kids happy.
Well, we have just left the complex after a terrible night. We were camping, right at the other end of the park, which was absolutely fine for us, right next to the shower blocks which were all lovely and clean. However, the sites next to us (3 in total I think), had a huge party going on until 4:30am this morning. We called down to main camp with the numbers provided in our welcome pack, nothing!!!A member of staff did come up, had a chat and a laugh with them all and seemed to be dropping off more beer on their little golf buggy. We went to check out this morning, tried to explain the situation to the girl on reception who kept laughing. I asked her why she is laughing, unfortunately she didn’t understand English too well.. not her fault I guess.I asked about security of a night time, she told us the number was on the door on the main reception, which was at least a 25 min round trip walk from where we were… would of been handy to have that number included in our welcome pack which seems to have everything from the butcher to candle stick maker. We paid a lot of money to spend our last night here and so disappointed that no accountability was taken.I haven’t given the site a 1 star because that’s unfair, it is a nice site, clean, staff are generally helpful - just this has reallyLet them down and the management of the complaint after the fact was terrible. The food, I would recommend cooking your own, pizza is your only safe bet. The snack shop is much better than the restaurant, my partner ordered fish and chips and was the size for an infant, also seemed to have been bathed in oil for a couple of days. Vile, give a miss as it’s not cheap either.Water park is nice and clean, however, slides don’t seem to open until around 3pm. One or two are open but the main ones aren’t which is disappointing.
