CAMPING LA RENAUDIÈRE

Great location, really helpful staff who helped facilitate a move to a different pitch. Pitch was ok for the two of us however, all the pitches were too close, especially during the hottest part of July when the fire risk was at its greatest. Not much privacy. Having said that the pool was great, there appeared to be plenty for children to do. More a family site less of the adult.

We had a nice week-end break. The mobil home was extremely clean, cannot fault the cleanliness, for that reason we give à 5 star.The reception service was very disappointing though. We had booked a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms mobil home and on arrival we were informed their collègue has forgotten to book us à mobil home even though the payment had gone through, so our caravan was not available, there were no 2 bathroom caravans available as they had all gone but gave us an alternative mobil home to stay in.The surrounding local areas didn't seem to have much to offer or interesting sites.We stayed and relaxed with the time we had!

If my kids are happy, I am happy, true story. My kids were thoroughly entertained, they offer different activities each day besides their amenities on site. They offer camping, chalets, caravans and campervan sites. Really entertaining for the kids. The downside for me was the service when my daughter got injured poolside, person on duty could not have been bothered and did not bother to assist. Another incident, my daughter fell from the top of the slide, injured her arm, no medical staff or assistance on site, had to call emergency services (parent perspective). All in all kids enjoyed themselves.
