Latest reviews for TOHAPI LES CHARDONS BLEUS
Unfortunately, this is no longer a campsite. By far!! It has turned into a commercialized holiday park with no places for tents, caravans or campers.Direct access to beach has been closed, and only access is via an uncomfortable small passage that leads you to the unsupervised beach area. Less safe, less secure, less comfortable (no showers etc). Chardons Bleus isn’t the Chardons Bleus anymore. If you fancy a crowded holiday park, this is your thing. If you like camping life, stay out of here!! Certainly a sad development.Apart from this, all the (new) facilities as advertised on the website, are not yet in place. (E.g Part of the swimming pool, arcade hall, laundry service, supermarket, access to beach) Even though not all of which can be blamed directly to the campsite, an honest story on their website, or via en email to the customers that have booked their vacation, would be a decent thing to do.P.s. it baffles me it is still called a camping. It just isn’t!
Great staff, small issue with electric hook up but was resolved in minutes. Showers were warm, toilets spotless, swimming pool are was lovely and water was warm. Little super u market on site wasn't too expensive, but if you go to a site without provisions you deserve to pay the prices. Beautiful sandy beach 100mtrs away
Close to a beautiful beach, sanitaries are clean but had seen better days. If you like it quite (as we do) don‘t take a pitch near the pool area.Prices are fair.
End of September and the site is quiet. Spacious hedged pitches, although some a little worn now. Sanitary facilities ok. The beach is a short walk. Cycling around the salt pools is easy and some unusual birds including sacred Ibis.
Lovely camping even tho the sanitair Is a bit outdated. Showers cold and especially the toilets not that clean. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The only bad thing was that we extended our stay twice and the last time the ladie charged us more because the amount of days was shorter. We dont understand why..
