We first visited in 2008 and have returned 10 times since! Whilst we still enjoy the site, since changing ownership, it has lost a bit the its personal touch.Furthermore, some of the entertainment is now in the Tennis Courts. I did complain about this last year as it is very loud for those who were looking for a quiet stay. Although there seemed to be less this year (maybe I wasn't the only one to complain last year?) we were still subjected to the bingo (a man shouting on the microphone) and kareoke whether we liked it or not.

We had a really good time here. Peak season so very busy but really safe family atmosphere. Pitches are great in a pine forest so plenty of shade. Reception staff are really friendly and speak English well. Pool slides are fantastic.

Our accommodation needed cleaning as soon as we arrived. We had to mop the floor and clean the shelves. The light bulbs in the home needed replacing and one flickered the entire holiday. An information pack about the area and things happening within it would have been beneficial. There was no information about the Escape game or the train to the market or the kids club, all of which we had to try and find out by ourselves.

Tourers. We arrived with our own touring caravan and were put on sandy pitch behind the restaurant complex. Difficult to access with the caravan on the back, particularly the way we were directed by reception. We had a problem with the caravan and the staff were very helpful, but overall this site should not be accepting reservations from touring caravans as there is not an area set aside. We felt as though we were just dumped into this corner.Will not be going back again. In fact we left after 4 days even though we were booked on for 12 nights.

A beautiful site in a forest.. Really nice setting and good facilities. The staff were very helpful. Just a couple of minor gripes: pool is not heated. Communal showers weren't all hot. Only a few were which led to queues.
