Mobile home for 2-3 people, size 1 bedroom, clean, complete with cooking equipment ,In the shower room The water flow is not strong. Quite disappointed with the overgrown grass. The area next to the mobile home Because there is overgrown grass and flowers, there are quite a lot of insects. I have small children, so I have to be careful of insects. The employees there are friendly. It was relatively quiet in May.

We booked 2 x family units, paid extra for close location to pool. Elderly fell sick , after ringing they told us only cancelation via email and if you have there cancelation policy, we tried to check in next day to our 2 x units but turned out they canceled our booking without refund gave the requested jnits we paid extra away . They eventually gave us a 50 euro refund.... we checked in and everything been fine apart from outdoors ( nothing touched for months and clearly they wanted us to clean it ) came7pm and dinner time, no gas, no hot waterin BOTH FAMILY UNiTS !!!! so we couldn't even cook dinner or the kids having a wash, it is now following day at 1pm, 4hrs after we asked them nicely to sort the units, no gas no hot water still, although we have seen at least 15 times staff drive past

The site is fine but not exceptional. The main pool is a great attraction. Certain things feel well worn e.g. the loos. Our pitch was spacious but not very private. Note, the wifi did not work at all for any of our group.

I booked this holiday last week because i looks beautifull and it had a great pool for the kids. When we arrived it seems that the pool was empty! Closed. Only goes open 2 months a year and they promote with a picture of that pool on the first page and 30% on the photos are taken at that specific pool.If you come here, expect the unexpected

A great holiday in the voges region We had a lovely time in the campsite. It has everything you would expect of a 4 star site and had a nice atmosphere. The pool facilities are well maintained and the restaurant on site caters well for families.
