CAMPING LA DIGUE

Really fantastic little campsite. Small, intimate and relaxed campsite. Still it has everything one needs. Super friendly and helpfull staff. Facilities were very clean. The swimmingpool is just perfectly sized and our son loved hanging out there. We also booked a kayaking trip that had its end stop right at the campsite, which was super convenient. We made some lovely daytrips from the campsite, as there are many beautiful sites to visit nearby.

Great camping, perfect location (next to river in the beautiful area of Ardèche), small scale, with all required facilities available & more. The only downside is a lack of toilet seats. Would definitely recommend.

The campsite is very nice, with a friendly owner, a beautiful swimming pool, unfortunately we could not order cocktails in June, the bar was closed, Chauzon is a small village, with an extremely narrow road. We therefore drove carefully to avoid damage to the car, an older woman in an older Renault started signaling behind us, shouting from the car in French, that we 'Dutch couldn't drive, and she was done with tourists'. .. She kept honking until we passed. I think it's a pity that many drivers in the Ardeche are so impatient, with tailgating... A total difference with Spain, where they drive a lot more calmly and politely. People have little patience. but the campsite was fantastic despite this incident thank you.

We had a great stay at this camping. Beautiful location, very friendly and warm staff. Super clean

It's a very nice camp site with friendly staff. There are a lot of spots with plenty of shade. The swimming pool is large enough with a deep part and a shallow pool for the little ones. The site is 150 meters from the river Ardeche. Lot's of families. They organize kayak trips from the camp site (age 7+) !The restaurant is fine and they've got a small shop (large supermarket in Ruoms at 15 min.). Restrooms are kept clean and the showers were very warm. It wasn't that busy this year (which was nice for us, though difficult for the owners of course).
