Amazing atmosphere, very positive energy and super clean, very safe.Swimming pools having the perfect temperatures, pretty new and chic.Meals not too expensive, but the possibility to get a higher class service. For kids a dream! If they don’t find each other to run around, they can collect stones or fishes at the river, play at the really cool playground or just go to a room full of colourful game machines. The animation program was not overly present and seems to be in need of a little upgrade. But still some activities were nicely organised. The shop has everything you need. The weather was amazing and sunny but every spot had enough shadow, well thought through. We loved it!Thank you for having us, see you next year!

Little privacy and placed far from friends Campsite has no hedging or any type of devision between pitches so there is zero privacy. We also asked to be next to our friends when booking, we were told it was possible we called tp double check, told it was ok and then it didn't happen which was a huge disappointment. We were told that as we booked late April (for august) it was our fault. This put a real dampener on the holiday. Also no soap in toilets which for a 4* was surprising and hot water in shower very temperamental. The pools were extremely crowded. That aside, river was great, food was REALLY good.

Very bad experience with the booking! We booked our stay (just a simple camping pitch) but changed our minds and canceled 2 months in advance. We had a cancelation insurance. Given the time in advance and the fact that this voncerns a CAMPING PITCH on a CAMPING one would assume that would not even be necessary/ applicable but the reception was adamant to refer us there to get our deposit back. This insurance company keeps on sending standard emails and is impossible to communicate with. It seems they have a solid process to keep the deposit hoping you just give up at some point. I am sure the camping is nice but be VERY CLEAR that if you book something there is no going back or any support / service available. Also, you have to decipher all this communication as they keep sending French agreements/ replies/ etc. We will take this option out if our wish list for sure!

We enjoyed it.. Really like the campsite, it's right next to the river which is fine but it gets deep really quickly there not so great for little little ones.Music goes on till 12 every night and you can here it everywhere on the campsite....but it is France and that's what they do. I you don't like it then your in then wrong country.Swimming pool is nice and the floor in it is lovely! Just could do with a few slides and I'd of come back again, but due to my children wanting a bit more fun in the pool area and the no inflatable rule which is also completely understandable due to space and river access, but they miss having that extra bit of fun.Staff were very nice, limited English but as long as you make the effort you'll get by fine.Entertainment group was fab, really made an effort with some of the kids shows. Very French though so if your of different nationality it maybe harder to integrate although I'm sure no one would feel left out. Also rented a fridge freezer via the campsite from an external company and that was great. Just be warned they collect quite late say after 12 so if you need to leave early I suggest you have it collected the previous day.Would I return? Yes if my kids didn't need more things going on and used the river to its full potential but for the moment they need some more pool entertainment so sadly probably not. Thanks again though we had a lovely relaxing holiday!

Campsite set on the idyllic bank of the River Ardeche. As a first time visitor to the Ardeche region this was a perfect choice of a campsite. Big spacious pitches , spotlessly clean toilets and washing areas, regular night time entertainment in a beautiful outdoor setting and of course just within walking distance of the Ardeche River for swimming.Even with the night-time entertainment the campsite always quietened down at 11. Good takeaway and a well stocked shop and plenty of supermarkets in the area.Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. As a base for exploring the Ardeche region it is centrally located to explore a lot of the beautiful attractions in the area.A highly recommended campsite both for families and couples.
